On- Demand Subscription

This is great for the individual that is on-the-go and can’t dedicate a specific time of day to workout. These classes are separated by level and are strongly guided and demonstrated by the instructor. This way you can find the proper form on your own! These classes can be done at your convenience and will vary in time lengths and themes. Videos range anywhere from 15-45 minutes in length, so you have options depending on your availability or goal for your day!

Live Group Classes

Join a community! These classes will be at specific times of day varying each week! They are live on Zoom, where the instructor can see you and you can see them. Great for the person who wants to get some additional feedback and guidance from the instructor! 
All you need is:
• Padded mat or carpeted area
• Mobile device or computer with camera
• WiFi/reception
• Set up camera so you can see your full mat

Virtual Private Sessions

This class is completely personalized to the individuals needs and time is selected by student! These sessions are live on Zoom and great for someone that wants the extra attention to detail to your exact goals and needs. *This class is necessary if you have an injury and then can be approved for group class if they desire. (If you have an injury or are recovering from injury you must be cleared by a physician before working out) No equipment is required but, certain classes will have an option for props or suggested household items. Your private Zoom link will be emailed to you once session time is chosen.

• Mobile device or computer with camera
• WiFi/reception
• Set up camera so you can see your full mat

Virtual Semi-Private

This is great if you want to workout at a specific time with your friends or family only. You can all workout together virtually despite your location in the world. Your own group with the instructor! On-site (Dallas, Texas only) or virtual for your organization’s employees or students who want to promote health and wellness. Class can be designed for your group or team meeting! Please Inquire for more info and pricing.

Pilates Basics (45 min)

New to Pilates? This is the perfect class for you! This class will introduce the fundamentals of Pilates and help you build a strong foundation to prepare you for our other classes. There is no prerequisites necessary for this class. Pilates is for everybody! We will help you feel confident and guide you to your goals.

Pilates Booty + Abs (45 min)

Are your hips tight? Did you know that sitting frequently turns off your glute muscles creating that tightness pain in your hip flexors? Work your glutes to release this tension all while toning and lifting your booty! This is a full body workout highly focused on the lower body. Get ready to feel the fire in all the right areas!

Pilates Back (45 min)

This class will help support your back with exercises that are safe and strengthening for a back that is not in acute pain. This class is focused on finding your body’s best posture, gaining flexibility, and strengthening your core.

Pilates Burn (45 min)

Short on time but still want to squeeze a quality workout in? Prepare to sweat and feel the signature Pilates muscle burn. This high intensity class will move quickly and will get your heart rate up!

Pilates Baby (Pre/Postnatal - 45 min)

Not sure what exercises to do during or after pregnancy? This is the class for you! For prenatal students, this class is designed to help maintain strength and help alleviate typical pregnancy tightness. For postnatal students, it is perfect to learn good posture awareness and to help regain muscle definition. Sets you up to enter our other classes! (Must be cleared by doctor to start these classes). This class is currently available On-Demand and in Virtual Private Sessions.

Where is the Zoom link?

Need to ask a question during class?
If you need to ask a question during class you can either turn your mic on or type a question that I can see!

Have a friend that wants to join you in class? We charge by camera, so if you are sharing the same camera, no need to sign up an additional person.

What to wear?
Pilates is done barefoot and with form fitted comfortable workout attire.

Do I need equipment?
No equipment is required but, certain classes will have an option for props or suggested household items
